Understanding visits and download interest.
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page traffic, referrals, device categories, and loading performance so we can improve the site.
When you click the Windows installer link or a link into the canvas experience, the website also sends the event category, current page category, and interface language to its own analytics endpoint. The server adds the installer version (download events only) and timestamp. Cloudflare Analytics Engine retains these records for three months. These are click counts, not completed downloads, successful installations, or unique people.
These two click measurements do not set cookies or user identifiers, or store full URLs, query parameters, IP addresses, input content, or desktop application data. Cloudflare still processes the network requests, which can involve network information such as IP addresses.
We do not send these two click measurements when your browser enables Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC). Blocking analytics or a network failure does not affect downloads or navigation.
Tholi processes data you create or provide.
- Application state such as workspaces, window positions, groups, notes, history, and downloads.
- Cookies, site storage, cache, and sign-ins stored separately by use space.
- Local files you explicitly open or drop, plus text extracted for display or AI context.
- AI endpoint, model settings, and encrypted API keys you configure.
Data restores scenes and runs requested actions.
Local data restores windows and layouts, notes and history, downloads, and website sessions.
You can clear browsing data by use space, or uninstall the app and remove its data through the operating system. Back up anything you need first.
Selected websites and services may receive data.
- Target websites and their resources receive normal network requests when visited.
- Version checks and update downloads connect to Tholi update and download services.
- Selected text, your question, and required context go to your chosen AI endpoint only when you use AI.
Third-party retention, training, account, and deletion rules follow their own policies.

You can use Tholi without remote AI, choose a compatible endpoint you trust, open only necessary files, and clear each use space.
